We thank you in advance for your patience in this regard. This is specifically for inquiries about setting up walk-throughs and booking the facilities to rent. Through e-mail, you can set up an appointment with the hall coordinator for a walk-through of the facilities. Once you have confirmed your booking, make sure to meet with the hall coordinator to go over how the access to the facility, as well as disarming and arming the alarm system. To receive information regarding rentals, please email the Hall Coordinator.
Please note, a non-refundable administration fee is due at the time of booking. A rental agreement form must be completed, signed, and returned within 10 days of booking or the event will be cancelled.
Rental Fee and Damage Deposit must be paid in the form of e-transfer, personal cheque, bank draft, or certified cheque and is due when the key is picked up from the coordinator, and in all cases, at least 10 business days prior to the event. Where the facility is being booked over a period of more than one calendar month, fees shall be paid in advance on the 1st of each month.
If we do not receive payment at least 10 days prior to your event date, your event will be cancelled and you will not have access to our facilities.
The community hall is ideal for birthday parties, meetings, classes, reunions, weddings, club functions, craft shows, art sales, and seminars!

RUTLAND PARK COMMUNITY HALL RENTAL RATES
Hourly Rate: $50 per hour (all days). Minimum 4 hour rental on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Optional: $400 daily rental on Friday, Saturday or Sunday (from 11:00 a.m. morning to 2:00 a.m. after midnight that day.)
GST will be charged on the full rental, including the admin fee.

**ALL HALL RENTERS ARE REQUIRED TO DISABLE THE HALL SECURITY ALARMS IMMEDIATELY ON ENTERING THE BUILDING. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CALL OUT CHARGE FROM THE SECURITY COMPANY.**
