**PLEASE NOTE** Visits to our hall for bookings are by appointment only. We cannot guarantee someone will be onsite all day every day. Please contact the hall coordinator for more information and schedule a convenient time.
**PLEASE NOTE** Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, there is currently a limit on our hall capacity. Per booking for the foreseeable future, we can only accept a maximum of 50 people per rental**

NEW RUTLAND PARK COMMUNITY HALL RENTAL RATES – EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 2017
$50 per hour with a minimum 4 hour rental on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
$350 daily rental on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (from 11:00 a.m. morning to 2:00 a.m. after midnight)
Non Refundable Admin Fee
$50 per rental agreement.
This is due at time of booking and is NON REFUNDABLE, so please make sure you are certain of your date
GST will be charged on the full rental, including the admin fee.
Hall Capacity **CURRENT RESTRICTIONS APPLY**
Upper Hall Capacity: 50 (under COVID-19 restrictions).
Normally our hall capacity is 138.
**ALL HALL RENTERS ARE REQUIRED TO DISABLE THE HALL SECURITY ALARMS IMMEDIATELY ON ENTERING THE BUILDING. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CALL OUT CHARGE FROM THE SECURITY COMPANY.**
